Right to repair EU - SonicXD1 - 09-04-2023

Recently i bought my self a small car only built where i live.
Now the problem is that the technical manuals/parts are only avaliable from the dealer. Parts are findable but second hand and never "new".
I a former tech repair specalist knows about right to repair for tech but does this also apply to cars?
I repaird : desktops/laptops/allinones game consols (mostly nintendo) phones and anything with tech inside it. i am not unknow to the mechanical world and wanted you guys help / opinions about it
