My favourite RuneScape quest is While Guthix Sleeps.
By modern standards it is a little lackluster and dated, but in the release era it was unrivaled and set a precedent for what all quests get compared to. It upped the standard for all quests after it. It introduced the best special weapon at the time (dragon claws) and gave us a great immersive story. The most impactful quest release for its time.
