I'd definitely say it's a toss-up between FMA: Brotherhood and Attack on Titan. I haven't seen the later seasons of Attack on Titan, though.

I've seen very little from the list. A couple I tried to watch and couldn't get into them at all (Naruto and One Piece). I've only seen the first season of AoT (plan to watch the rest once the whole lot is out). AoT was really good, but I don't know anything beyond that first season.
I believe FMA Brotherhood is supposed to be excellent. I think I've seen a couple episodes but do plan to watch it properly!

I watched all of them and I think death note is the most interesting one, the others are good but not special
