Right now the best solution for malware detecting is VirusTotal
Both for not getting infected or to know if our code is indetectable.
I strongly recommend to use it before executing anything you get from an unknown source. Save you from getting all your data shared in logs 😂💀
Also a good choice is tria.ge that has multiple Sandboxed environments to test on. Really cool stuff.
