if its simple enough, I would suggest using a simple app creator / Customizer..
as for putting an app up on a market.. i've never tried, I've only been researching the iOS market for about a year now & have only put in a little bit of spare time.. But it is a field I will blossom into soon enough.
you've got to have a business licence to put it up on the market I believe, as well as a company I'd Suggest an LLC
