For manga that I have read is either
Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute
and
Maou Gakuin No Futekigousha
both of them got anime adaptations, they got absurd overpowered main characters and both act like villains if that's what you're looking for
As for something else other than mangas I got a couple of manhwa and manhua:
The Devil's Butler/Magic Emperor (Chinese)
After Ten Millennia in Hell
The Return of The Mad Demon
Those all focus on revenge one way or another and they're op, you may find many of these genres looking for manhua or manhwa
