Reputation Considered as Most important thing Any Forum . Many issue's and Measures Are lacking in SL
- Every member Should have Atleast 50 Posts for Giving a Neutral / Negative
- Flaming Should not be Allowed .
- Gang Rep Should be Prohibited
- a Team of Members Or a Single Person Should take care of Rep Abuse
- Create a Rep abuse Section

Just to Say , it would be useful in Future And it wont Cost Anything Setting up the rules now .

If a person is banned, the reputation they gave is removed.
Post limit to give rep does seem all right.
