I suggest https://protonvpn.com/ I think their free tier is the top when it comes to maintaining privacy. I have used it and also using their e-mail and drive. Good company.
Beside that i suggest paid one from Mullvad.

Only free VPNs I recommend are Windscribe and ProtonVPN.
