Does anyone know how you can get a free CLEAN website? (With CLEAN I mean a complete empty website). And if you didn't understand it this website have to be free!

For a domain name, you can check out dot.tk
For hosting, I remember using 000webhost.com and serversfree.com

I wouldn't suggest either .tk since it's a well known free domain and most used to hacking/stealing purposes. You should invest at least some money on the domain, yet if you don't want to have any expenses, I'd suggest you www.nazuka.net for hosting, since it's disc unlimited and for domain I'd suggest www.freedomain.co.nr or the one already suggested .tk, but I would prefer investing some money on the domain to look a bit more professional

Yeah, it's true that if you want to look more "pro", you should invest some money. Totally agree on that one.
hmmm.... never seen freedomain.co.nr. I will give it a try
