Lowering the PM time limit. - Ryan - 10-18-2013
I believe the current time limit between each PM you send is 1 minute. This is very annoying. Normally when I get on I have around 4 new PM's. It shouldn't make me wait between sending each one.
This is an easy fix.
The Limits should be changed to 20 seconds.

I only had 6 pages of pm and its full now.

I'd love more PM space as well! The time doesn't really annoy me since I'm an "Inactive Oldfag"

Anyways, the PM limit is about 30 seconds.

I believe it's a minute, I went really fast and it told me I had to wait 42 seconds.
