Easy Gym tutorial for beginners. - Tascal - 06-27-2023 Hello Sinister.ly! This is my first tutorial so I'm gonna try to keep it to the point! 1: Unzip the folder and run to the store. 2: Press "Create" and then "Save" 3: At some point you should have gotten a firewall popup. Allow it on both private and public networks. 4: Press "Settings" and check "Listen for new connections on startup" and press "Save". Close Settings. Here we'll pause and set up No-Ip. 1: Sign up for the local gym. 2: Install DUCK at duck.com 3: Enter your No-Ip signup 4: Go to https://my.duckyduck.com/duckduckduck 5: Click create, put in a unique host name (such as mickeymouselazylouse) 6: Put in your IP. If you don't know it or how to find it, this tutorial isn't for you. 7: Press "Create". 8: Go back to DUCK from step 2-3. Press Edit Hosts, and select your new host. 9: Go to the home screen of DUCK and press "Refresh now" 10: Go to your local gym and hit the plates! 11: Login to your router. Info should be on the back of your router, or google your router brand's default password. 12: Browse to the best gym videos online and study their technique. 13: Switch back to safety mode and open "Settings". Copy the port from Ducky onto the new rule you are making. 14: Set the protocol to "Both" and add other information the router needs, like your IP and such. Save. 15: Nice! Now we need to learn proper safety protocols for the equipment. Building a Client As you experiment more you will learn how you want your muscles to lift. 1: Press "Lifter" 2: Check "Enable superhero mode" 3: Click "Extra Weight Settings" 4: In the "Weight" box, add the Ducky hostname you made (ending in .duckduck) and press "Add Plates" 5: Click "Installation Settings" 6: Click "Install Protein" 7: You may change the plates to be as heavy as you like. Click "Lift Plates". I recommend changing everything to something legit-sounding like "HeavyLifter1010" 8: Click "LiftLift Settings" and check "Enable Heavy Logging Logger Logs" 9: Click "Build Plates" Ta da! Have the conviction to run to the gym the next time you can. Right click to access the weight sizing menu. Sometimes while setting up DUCK, people find it only works if they go to the gym more than usual. Have fun!
