Too much sharpen.

Once could be all it needs to be over sharpen. It just depends on the piece, I'm going to agree it is over sharpened though.

I think it's over-sharpened as well, it doesn't matter how many times you sharpened it, it depends on the piece..

Same as the people said above, You can tell its way over sharpened if you look at the eyes.
