If anyone can help/guide me through this I will be extremely grateful as I can’t lose this money, but tldr I got the AirPods claimed EB but when I stated that they said packages was weighed and I need to file a PR. Help me it won’t let me type the store name though

So go and fill the police report if we are talking about Amazon, if you can't, then just return the airpods.

How does a pr work? I was told it wouldn’t be processed Untill the pr was completed
