Hello guys, I am constantly on blue mood because of my financial situation (maybe I am having a hard time with existential crisis ) , I have some good skills in Photoshop (kind of designer I guess), even worked with SE. Is there any way I can monetize these skills here? I can do some stuff for free to showcase my abilities . any advice accepted.

There are many social engineers on this board who require a Photoshopping service, but at the time of this post, they're few and far between.
As such, you can certainly offer your service for a price that will entice members to choose yours over (where available) the rest.

You ever tried working as a freelancer designer? Upwork has a few nice jobs available for people at different experience/skill levels too, but ofc, it's all legitimate work.
