Cereal first. The only time I will do milk first is when I think there may not be enough milk for the amount of cereal i want to eat at that time. Then I will pour the milk and then slowly pour cereal until i reach that perfect milk to cereal ratio.

Just as a matter of Interest, what's your favourite? Mine Is pure oats and bran/fibre, both of which are probably the healthiest cereal on the market.
