I know there're are times in life when we feel like quitting everything and get sad & depressed. But, then we change the way of looking at things and think of something that makes us happy. What's it for you? For me, it's my family, friends & supporters who help me overcome depression.

Yeah, usually my best friend keep me up to life, he's the one who help me to get out of most difficult depressions.

I gotta say - Dogs and Cats always makes me happy.
They're just somewhat - wonderful to pet with and befriend in my opinion.

Skateboarding makes me happy. When I'm in a bad mood and don't want to have anything to do with anyone, I just put in both headphones and go. It really is the most relaxing thing I can find for myself. Family and friends also help greatly when I'm down.

I get on the phone or on xbox with my girlfriend and talk to her for a few hours straight.

Having a friend that I can talk to about anything and everything is great.
Something you just can't say to your family, you know? So having a great friend who you can always talk to is nice.
