Now before I go into details I think it is great that this has happened.
The FH founder was described as "the largest facilitator of child porn on the planet."
Most of the childporn tor sites have been compromised. The FBI had but an exploit in the Tor Network which was a Javascript zero-day exploit which would create a unique cookie and I guess that's how they caught the owner and some of the paedofiles.

Didn't this guy own Bitcoin or something also? I saw someone say that something was going to happen to Bitcoin because of this.

Bit coins are untraceable or at least it's said it is. Bitcoins were used to pay for child porn and such other illegal items. But also on the tor site Silk Road in which they are still hunting the owner "Dread Pirate Roberts".
