ColorNet - .NET Color Swatch Tool - Leumonic - 08-05-2013
Alright, so this is ColorNet. It is a Pixel Color grabber coded in .NET. It isn't amazingly coded, but it definitely has some nice features. It will keep a history of your last 5 colors, it will show you EXACTLY what pixel you are grabbing, and it will give you R, G, B, and Hex values for each color.
