Okay, I will explain this as short as possible .
If you are gambling, you win, and you are below 18. You will be required to submit ID to withdraw funds.
I know people currently in this position - and they are waiting to be able to submit ID to withdraw.
All you have to do is literally send me a picture of your ID and I will send you 100$+ (varies on how much the person needs to withdraw & how much they are willing to pay obviously).
