Tried logging in for like 15 minutes and it would just refresh on its own. Was it down for everyone else as well?

I didn't experience any downtime.
Then again, If It was only for 15 minutes or so, most likely I was offline.

If you're referring to last night, I just toggled the power switch. Nothing to worry about.
