I'm looking for a discord bot where i can delete a user's message, something like username (frog)
/pm remove user:frog 10 , 10 previous messages of frog removed

Hire a coder to make you a discord spambot with the functionality integrated, that will be the most realistic option you have. Just be wary when using selfbots, the accounts will get banned eventually.
