Where two brother's were sent to jail start of anime, both white hair, looks like a sci fi, after coming out of jail they got into a car that look cool futuristic and went to their parents house they weren't there, and then the father and mother factory maybe, had a fight in like this food store, they have powers. people like soldiers some kind of service are after those with the powers
