I didn't make this, and I haven't seen this posted on here yet so I thought i would post it.
It is easy to use, but a little out dated and not the best of tool's like this.

Why did he make it specifically for Skype why not just say it's a chat spammer.

You are right I called it that because. That is usually what I use it on, it does work in almost every type of chat though.

I can't stand when people spam on Skype, but good share when you get the virus scan up.
