I made this background about a year ago when i saw a rainbow type image on a site, it inspired me to make this

It would have been good if not for the blue arrows (I guess graffiti style). 6.5/10.

Agree with the other 2 comments. 7/10. What you could do is make the lines overlap the blue lines, not sure that looks nice though but I think it will.
