I can see this being a bad idea though. Where people will post pros on religion and the cons. basically I can see the supporters clashing with the protesters online over this. Where as when he didnt have a twitter no one could really post their thoughts about him on there. It will only take one bad tweet about him to start a cyber war on twitter.

I agree with this. If the Pope is planning on spreading religious messages over Twitter, he should brace himself for a lot of hate.
