How to get out of bed as soon as you wake up? Usually takes me like 20 minutes

I never do.

Around 30 minutes after I awake.

I don't know how people jump out of bed the moment they wake up.

I need to stretch, roll over a few times, and then make a start to the day.

Yes, forcing yourself out of bed each morning Isn't my Ideal way to start the day.

I tend to set my alarm to max volume and give it the most annoying ring, then place it on a chair across my room. Works like a charm every time, up within a minute. I do feel slightly pissed after though.

I used to get out of bed right away when I woke up as well, but I had to stop because I realized I was starting to get head swinging when getting up and I'd need to sit back down. Not sure if it's due to low Blood Pressure or what.
