What supplements do you take? - Harvey - 08-19-2013

Just wondering what supplements (if any) you guys take? I'm currently using a WPI/WPC blend mainly for post-workout as well as a 5g of creatine monohydrate each day.

Do you take any dietary supplements?

I don't although the mix you take is probably alright... How often do you take them?

I take the WPI mostly post-workout but occasionally if I don't have access to food. So usually once a day. Creatine I can take whenever but I usually take it with the WPI for convenience.

No but seriously I don't use supplements when I workout.

I take zero. I go all natural. If I don't get it from my daily consumption of food, then I'm not taking it. I'll still get bigger, faster, stronger. Just gonna work harder.

I might possibly take some whey in the future. Just to try it out and the fact that I'll get it for free so I might as well.
