PMs should be allowed to be reported through "Report" button, in order to prevent things like that to keep occur. Please add a "Report" button on PMs so that we can directly report spam to the Staff.

That sounds like a good idea.

The Forward feature can be used, by simply adding the recipient's names - In this case, staff.
