I don't even know were to ask this but are VCC' s a normal legal thing?
I see a lot of guides saying use them but IDK how that works or if it's even legit.
If you have a VCC couldn't you just max it out then close the real card and never have to pay?

A VCC is pretty much just a prepaid card with money on it that doesnt use any personal info

Stands for virtual credit card. Assuming it's just a prepaid card and not being used for anything shady... They're entirely legal and used pretty commonly.
