Virgin internet complaint - Itsit - 04-28-2022

Hi,

So this is for my mother who is working from home but the internet connection has been wack for the past two years. Several of her complaints have lead to no where so I’m hoping to take it into my own hands and come with a good complaint letter.

We’ve had this internet for past two years but internet has never been secure or headache free. Complete scam of money.

What are key points to mention to make sure complaint is effective as at this point a refund is pretty much only right.

It's pretty simple - tell them they're not providing the service you're paying for.

My brothers had to contact Xfinity before, because the speeds were not even in comparison for what was being offered. It worked and they un did the bottlenecking that was happening. Good luck with your case.

I've been having a similar problem. Might have to do something about it.
