The spawn locations changed yesterday, so I decided to make a thread here where you can find the current locations for party hats, if you found one at a location what isn't standing here, please post it so I can add it to the list. The locations below are from Mod MatK's livestream/twitter, and from other players who have got a party hat at those locations.

Outside the house North of Baxtorian Falls (where you start the Waterfall quest)
Feldip Hills beach hut (Someone found phat south east of the hut so try to look there)
Mudskipper Point
Elf camp (around tents)
Grand Tree in Tree Gnome Stronghold
In the trees above the gnome agility arena
Near rune rocks (unsure of exact location)
Near dagannoths in the lighthouse North of Barbarian Assault
Near Flamtaer (North of Mort'ton)

Nope, only found one for now, sold it for 6M.

They're going for 4-5M now, but party hats are dropping for 14 days so I am almost sure that I will get another one, as I will be hunting non stop lol.

Yeah, I am keeping all the party hats I get now in my bank, hopefully they'll rise. Probably gonna drop around christmas again.

Why would they drop around Christmas if they won't be dropped again?
