This guy made a 27 million mAH powerbank. He used it to wash his clothes and watch TV, while fishing on the beach.

Or just get a shed/gazebo to protect it from rain, and sit a bit further back from the lake. I re-watched the video, and it looks like those white parts are ice, not foam from waves xD So the water's edge may not move, but still!
