It was still detected as an HTML exploit because of the base64 obfuscation. Hardly encoded. It's very loud and likely would be caught by any actual intrusion detection.

The point is: it can bypass undetected.
I know a few sites that use base64 for there images.

Read the rules about posting multiple of the same threads. I think you're allowed to bump a thread each day and as you change information in the posting.
