I want recommendations from you guys. Can you please recommend me a good operating system for I am a professional developer but I am not aware of the pc. Like, what specifications I need for web app development.

How can a developer not know about a computer or OS? This sounds absurd. If I work in the field of embedded software development, then I can tell you about Linux, Windows and various programming languages.

I can't really recommend an operating system, but in case you'll need some help with web app development, Cleveroad has written a really useful post on how to develop a web app

I was thinking the exact same thing. Its like saying you can type fast but know nothing about keyboards. Seems a little odd to me.

if you are already familiar with linux i would recommend manajro because of the lightness and speed
but if you haven't used linux and have good performace,windows is better because of less complexity
easier installation of development tools

Really any Linux based OS can be good for development. I like a Debian based one. If you can make an app work for Linux you can easily make it work for Windows.
