Japanese company A.L.I. Technologies has made a hoverbike, which costs $680K. Surprisingly they haven't mentioned if a pilot's license is required.

At the moment it seems like it's in Alpha testing. Seems to wobble/drift too much.

Not the first of it's type I've seen, but this design does address the issue of "if you fall off, you fall through your own propulsion system".
