To me, this feels like one more step towards man's colonization of space. Today, actors are sent out to space to film movie scenes. Perhaps tomorrow, tourists will be taken sightseeing on trips around Earth. And the day after that, human colonies on Mars! Seems like a rather expensive decision to make for a movie, though. I wonder if it will be worth all this money they put into it. For example, Avengers: Endgame grossed $357 million on opening weekend. It's a lot of money, but it could easily cover a few people going to space. A seat on Bezos' flight was sold at auction for $28 million, to give some comparison. RE: Russian Film Crew Docks at ISS - Shionari - 10-05-2021 (10-05-2021, 06:28 PM)Dismas Wrote:Ah, I see. That explanation actually makes things a lot clearer. Well, It'll be interesting to see where it goes from here so I'll definitely be on the lookout for this movie!(10-05-2021, 06:18 PM)Shionari Wrote: Seems like a rather expensive decision to make for a movie, though.
