Apple Senior VP of iOS Division Fired - Xeronations - 11-28-2012
It happened a while ago, but I still find it interesting. Apple's senior VP of the iOS division was fired because he would not sign a paper apologizing for the failure of Apple Maps.

I believe it wasn't in the Beta; therefore may have released it without having a mass test.
