Let's start from the beginning so that we know how we came to this point. I had initially made an order before this one of the same amount (€45), same number (100k) for Spotify streams on March. Before I even made that purchase I asked him about the rates and stuff cos he had listed his service as using API streams and that's when he explained to me "With API streams, there is no way you could get banned. You're definitely going to make more than what you paid for". So I gave him a real artist album to stream for this. He delivered the streams on time and for that reason, I wanted to pay for the next month and this is what the scam report is about now (We will return to this point in a paragraph ahead).


This is a scam report for my second order. But I could still file a report for my first order of the same amount, cos he had guaranteed that I would get more than what I had invested. With such a service, why on earth would you guarantee such dubious claims? For sales? And yes, you did get me hook, line and sinker with that statement. I can still claim that first €45 to make it a total of €90 but I'll be lenient with you if you acknowledge your mistake and refund this current scam report of €45.


So to the main report. I paid for the Second order of 100k Spotify streams on April 15th, 2021 of which delivery was to be handle within a month and maybe a week extra as leeway and therefore the delivery deadline in general would have been in May 2021. Within the weeks after payment he sent like 40 streams on each song (songs were 16) on the first day of streaming and stopped. I asked him what the matter was and he said that his server had an issue and he will start within 1/2 weeks. I agreed. When the time came he said that he has a shortage of accounts so I have to be patient. I complied. Weeks turned into months and guess what? Payday for my first order arrived and I got zeros on zeros on zeros. Absolutely nothing for my first streams!!!


I told the gentleman, " I thought you were using cracked accounts " cos the whole botting scene knows since lat year that spotify doesn't pay for streams from genned accounts. He then said that of course he was using cracked accounts. I highly doubt that cos later on he even revealed that he sends streams with genned accounts to other clients. High probability he used them on me but aye, he said he was using cracked accounts so let me take his word. He also tried to put the blame on my distributor but that is highly unlikely cos when people were crying about how (different streaming platform)/their distributor screwed them top to bottom I was raking in stacks with mine. So we had to agree to disagree on that one.


So now comes the point of my second order which he hasn't gone about completing for 3 months! I told him since there is no point of proceeding with my second order on the account that he if facing difficulties on his sever/ getting spotify accounts I told him to refund me. He persisted that the problem was with my distributor and he got paid with his (of which he showed no proof). So he said he will get some different distributor accounts with songs for me and give me the credentials and stream my order. He told my that on June 16th, 2021. I asked him after 4 days on how far he's got with the arrangement and his support staff (of which I highly think is his alt) told me he is on vacation. So I just gave him some time. I asked again on June 20th, 2021 but he personally said that he is still on vacation. So I waited and asked him for the third time on July 7th, 2021 to which his "assistant/staff" said that he is not back from vacation. Asked again on July 12th, 2021 and he said that he is back and that's when he is going to ask a friend to set up the distributor accounts. He initially told me he would have them set up on June 16th, 2021 but now he is repeating the same promise. Then I asked him for an update on July 20th, 2021 of which he said he has nothing to say.... What the actual hell?


I was patient for all this time due to the fact that I wanted to give him a chance to redeem himself and he was polite, plus his strategy of dodging my questions with a reply from his "staff" was effective for quite some time.

Enough is enough. This is where our story ends. All I'm asking is for a refund of my second order (€45) you haven't fulfilled. But if you want me to up the ante, this can be a report inclusive of the first order (€90 total) which you guaranteed returns just to make sales even though you knew that your type of business venture volatile.

All I want is to close this bloody chapter and wasting 3 months of my time.

Due to the delays on the second order, the first order report came in and I got nothing and he tried to blame my distributor of which is impossible cos It's rock solid and most people do not use it cos of how expensive it is. Just to put up my songs on there cost $250 this is when I say I done with him and want the refund of the prolonged second order.

He did not want to give me a refund and insisted on doing things another way by offering distributor accounts to stream music on so that I can get paid cos "My distributor is the one with a problem he said. Along with that are the start of the vacation excuses.
