A plethora of people is missing due to mobile networks being offline. Not to take anything away from this tragedy, but I am not expecting all 1,300 to be declared dead.
A tragedy indeed, and I am afraid this is just the beginning.

It's insane how bad the flooding has been and it's not limited to one town. I wonder what the death toll will ultimately be.
