I'm not sure how the virus did it, but I completely bricked my grandmothers computer trying to download a version of a 50 cent song.

Didn't know Limewire was still a thing. Personally use qBittorrent, and haven't been infected in over a decade.

The good ol' days of Limewire, also known as virus city.
I recall my PC being Infected, but after hitting a System Restore, It was fine thereafter.
