These accounts were stolen and many of the buyers engaged in fraud. I've seen it about a dozen times. If their registrar/hosting is in a country that forbids it (or has treaties), it's likely a van is already on the way. There is nothing G-men target more than credit card fraud, which is why we've always steered clear. |
