Anyone Seen Army of the Dead? - Jiggly - 05-25-2021
I recently watched this, and I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would. BUT I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS.
My Questions:
[Please do not open this spoiler tag if you haven't seen it yet, as it does contain actual spoilers.]
Spoiler:
- Where was the original alpha male (Zeus) going to before the transport got hit at the beginning of the film?
- Why didn't the responder for the army guys in the aforementioned scene, not telling the soldiers to shoot the Zeus in the head?
- HOW THE FUCK WAS A ZOMBIE PREGNANT?
- What was this strange society? Were they really "zombies" or something more?
- Wtf happened to Geeta?
- What was Zeus doing to those people he kept waiting in that room (where they found Geeta)?
- WHEN IS THE NEXT ONE COMING OUT!? There were flaws, and it's unbelievably long, but I was pretty hooked.

Looks like a heist movie, then suddenly zombies. Hiroyuki Sanada is in it, so will definitely give it a watch.

The premise is:
There's a zombie that breaks out of containment and results in the infection of everyone in one city. People escape the city and the gov traps the zombies inside the city. There's casinos and other goods stuck in the city too, so the heist is set up to retrieve money in a safe within one of the casinos stuck in the zombie territory.

Visually great, with some cool sequences, but nothing that astounding.
I do not regret watching it, but there is nothing memorable about it. I will probably rewatch Zack Snyder's superior, Dawn of The Dead, in lieu of this when I wanna watch some zombie action.
