It's funny to have a country with an active caste system, make observations on racial equality. While there might be economic disparities when it comes to race, there's plenty of opportunity and freedom - which can even the playing field. Segregation and Jim Crow laws were removed around 1964, and the U.S. was not the only country that had slavery. While I'm not picking on India, slavery and its implications are not limited to the trans-Atlantic slave trade. It was common in the Mediterranean and India still has it.

Some of the perks of living in America:
  • Public schooling
  • Section 8 housing
  • Public defenders
  • Affordable healthcare
  • Fire stations
  • Workers compensation
  • Food stamps/benefits
  • Child labor laws

This is a highly opinionated and very accuracy deficient video. I'm by no means defending issues in the states, but many of the social problems in the US are blown far out of proportion. The opportunities for upward mobility, healthcare, financial support and education are incredible. There is a poverty divide, as there is anywhere in the world, but it's much more minimal compared to other countries, and there are an immense number of scholarships, community programs and charities that are working hard to reduce the divide even further. That's not US media garbage, but first hand experience. I've seen it.

I won't defend everything that happens, because there are issues. But to call an entire nation of ethnically diverse people a bunch of racists is just plain lies.
