It could've been worse, but I get that it might be a little annoying for those that want to play the game and still have a smal harddrive..

Yeah it could have. it's a bummer for me as I only have 10GB's.

Not a problem for me, I have a 2TB harddrive, but like you said it'll be a problem for people will less.

Not that big. CoD is 11GB's. It is easily manageable

Yes but for Xbox 360 users, you have a choice to install CoD or not. So you don't have to take up 11GB in order to play the game. While with GTA V you will need too install the game in order to play it.
