I figure most block them and move on to a new target. I'm not even sure these people are still lurking around in chat rooms like they were 10 years ago.

I think a lot has changed in that "industry" (for want of a better word) xD
I suspect it's not so hard to just block and move on. I'd imagine that's what most do.
