Dream car/car talk - Seriium - 04-13-2021 I'm curious to see how many fellow car people are on here, Lemme start with what I'm in the process of parting out and saving for; 99 Honda Civic HB SI K24A2 swapped, K24A2 is gonna be overbuilt to handle the HP and Boost I'm gonna throw at it. Aiming for 10-15lbs of boost for DD but I want to be able to do 25 when needed. Garrett turbo kit, Capable of making 800+ hp, Beefy intercooler and rad, I'm gonna keep the stock exhaust for DD, I'm gonna put on exhaust cutouts and have a separate straightpipe for racing/car meets, Gonna also put some bags on it, Mainly because of the ability to drop ride height on the fly, Lastly I'll have a nice lil NOS system. My whole idea is to make a supermotherfuckingridiculous sleeper, I'm gonna have a switchable tune that goes from easy DD to late night street race mode. So when I flip the switch it drops 3", Opens up the straightpipe, Purges nitrous and bumps up the boost to 20-25lbs. Also bcuz of the memes the switch will be labelled "K24 go brrr" My estimations are it'll do somewhere around 6-700 horsies (hopefully), Which imo is fucking ridiculous for a 2600lb hatchback (04-13-2021, 08:25 PM)Seriium Wrote: I'm curious to see how many fellow car people are on here, Lemme start with what I'm in the process of parting out and saving for; I'm gonna either make or find a system that has the ability to toggle on or off the turbo, Because it would take away the sleeper aspect of the car to have the wastegate woosh every time I decel. RE: Dream car/car talk - Equinox - 04-13-2021 I'm a simple man, a 2017+ Dodge Challenger T/A 392 octane red widebody. I like classic looking muscle, but also modern features in a car, so the T/A is perfect for me. Red is my favorite color for a car, it's what my current car is. RE: Dream car/car talk - cbuck1337 - 04-14-2021 My dream car is a Roush Mustang. First time I saw one many years ago I fell in love with them. I will have one, one day 😎 RE: Dream car/car talk - mothered - 04-14-2021 (04-13-2021, 08:33 PM)Stocking Wrote: I'm a simple man, a 2017+ Dodge Challenger T/A 392 octane red widebody. (Body style, engine, reliability, etc.) But most of the people who do, don't own a muscle car. I absolutely love the Challenger body style, Breathtaking cars for sure!! Yeah, I don't think challengers can pull off many colors. Yellow jackets are alright, but the green and gold aren't great. Really I think its that no stock T/A 392 comes with just solid colors. They all have black accents to them, and only the red can pull off the black. Red is one of the best colors for cars in my opinion, I'm not one for flashy colors, but red is definitely my favorite color for cars. Around 2011 they released the concept design for it and I got mine the next year. Love the older ones (68/69) as well. |
