Nintendo Switch Prototype Leaked - Dismas - 03-13-2021 They're planning to release the factory test files, which could be interesting and perhaps useful for modders. It's why you don't often see them. They are floating around, but the people who have them generally don't advertise they have them. The legal technicalities of a JP system in the hands of US individual, I don't know if they can get you for that. They might not extradite the American that has the system, but they can easily get the Japanese fellow that sold it. That's if there was an NDA or agreements were made, as you say.
