Microsoft Confirms Xbox/PC Exclusives - Dismas - 03-09-2021 Looks like Sony will need to turn to making exclusives of its own. Losing Fallout and Elder Scrolls will damage them slightly. I guess having TES as an exclusive on your system may be enticing to bring other people over to your brand but; not sure if it's worth a full on parent company purchase. There's a lot of people that will buy a console simply to play Elder Scrolls or Fallout. Not only will they make a profit, they'll be hindering Sony/Nintendo from making one (which is their real goal). It just does not make sense to spend 7 billion dollars just so you can get a percentage of game sales on PlayStation when they could instead pull millions into their own platform with exclusives. |
