I do not have such experience and at the same time, I do not think it is necessary because everyone has their job and must do only what they know how to do something qualitative and have beautiful results. I personally have a job that I like but it takes a long time and I would not have time to deal with anything else. I can't even clean the house, but not even learn to build one. I am lucky that there are companies like https://niftytilecleaning.com.au/carpet-repair-canberra/ and thanks to them my house is always clean.

I don't have any experience but I'd like to at some point. My parents are going to retire in South East Asia and plan on starting a housing project there.

No, but personally I would like to make my own garden with a pond.... I have been looking for the best pond filter for some time and I still can't decide what to choose. This article on https://mygardenzone.com/best-pond-filters/ helped me to understand that I want something like Polar Aurora 4000 Gallons Pond Pressure Bio Filter or TetraPond Filtration Fountain Kit. What your opinion about them?

Not personally but I have a lot of family members with experience in construction/carpentry. I do hope to own and build my own home and wish to live off the land
