Q: I have 'Gold' but the person I called does not see Gold caller ID. Help!

The user has to be on the latest version in order to see the gold caller ID
Caching of the older information which updates by itself after a few days (this can be manually cleared in 'Phone settings > Apps > > Storage > Truecaller > Clear cache)
you must delete ur old truecaller

It Isn't. I didn't notice the link at the time of my post.

Wasn't trying to be the bad guy or anything its still a great post!! i was asking just to make sure it wasn't allowed so i can try and warn others in the community and take some of the work off mothered ! Already does enough for the forum <3

And honestly im sure @mothered would agree with me that its Nice to have a user that follows the Rules Especially when it comes to online virus scans !
